Dear international residents of Yamagata Prefecture, please help us by filling in this survey.

1　目的（もくてき）、Aim of Survey

　これは　山形県（やまがたけん）が　おこなう　調査（ちょうさ）です。　外国人（がいこくじん）と、　日本人（にほんじん）にとって、　山形県（やまがたけん）を　もっと　住（す）みやすい　地域（ちいき）に　するために　しています。
　 答（こた）えるのに　名前（なまえ）は　いりません。あなたが　何（なん）と　答（こた）えたかは、ほかの人（ひと）に　知られません。

 

This survey is being conducted by the Yamagata Prefectural Government. The responses to this survey will be used in efforts to make Yamagata Prefecture a comfortable place to live in, both for native Japanese and foreign nationals alike.　All survey answers will remain anonymous and compiled for statistical purposes.
